4. Fees & Payment

5. Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Class timings will be mutually discussed and finalized.
  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and discipline.
  • Missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in special cases approved by management.
  • Tutors may reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances, with prior notice.

6. Tutor Allocation

  • Tutors are assigned based on subject expertise, availability, and location.
  • Change of tutor is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
  • MS Learning Point ensures qualified tutors, but academic performance depends on student effort.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and parents must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior with tutors and staff.
  • Provide a safe and distraction-free learning environment (for home tuition).
  • Avoid any form of misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.

Violation may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Study Material & Content

  • All study materials, notes, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of MS Learning Point.
  • Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Performance Disclaimer

  • MS Learning Point does not guarantee exam results or academic ranks.
  • Learning outcomes depend on student dedication, attendance, and practice.

10. Cancellation & Termination
