1. General Refund Policy

  • All fees paid to MS Learning Point are non-refundable.
  • Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another student or course.
  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered only if:

  • MS Learning Point is unable to provide the agreed service after payment.
  • Classes are canceled permanently by MS Learning Point before commencement.
  • Duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.

All eligible refunds are subject to management approval.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Student discontinues classes for personal reasons
  • Change of schedule or location requested by the student/parent
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style or learning pace
  • Absence or missed classes by the student
  • Termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Delay in joining classes after enrollment

4. Trial Classes

  • Trial or demo classes, if provided, are non-refundable.
  • Free demo classes are offered solely to help parents and students evaluate the service.

5. Home Tutor Services

  • Once a tutor is assigned and classes begin, no refund will be issued.
  • Tutor change requests are subject to availability and do not guarantee a refund.

6. Online Classes & Technical Issues

  • MS Learning Point is not responsible for issues caused by poor internet connectivity, device failure, or power outages on the user’s end.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed online classes due to technical problems beyond our control.

7. Refund Process (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method or bank transfer.

8. Policy Updates

MS Learning Point reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
